If you are a current investor and this is your first time logging into our new website, please input your Username as the Password. Once you are logged in, you can change your password from the "Manage Account" section.

If you forgot your password, you can reset your old password anytime following the steps below:

Press "Forgot Your Password" link;
Type in your username in the "Username" box;
Click the "Reset" button.

You will receive an email with your reset password. Afterward you may change the password using the “Manage Account” section.

If you would like to change your email address or simply to fill it in if you haven't provided one at the registration time, sign in to your Investor account and click "Manage Account" in your "Investor Secured Area" and follow the steps below:

Change / fill in your email address in the "Email Address" box;
Click the "Update" button.

You will see a confirmation if the change was done successfully.

If you haven't provided a valid email address or you are unsure, please contact a Romspen Representative at: 1.800.494.0389 for assistance.

If you would like to change your login password, just sign in to your Investor account with your current password and click "Manage Account" in your "Investor Secured Area" and follow the steps below:

Enter your current password in the "Current Password" box;
Enter your new password (as you would like it to be) in the "New Password" box;
Confirm your new password in the "Confirm Password" box;
Click the lower "Update" button.

You will see a confirmation and after that you can login with your new password.

To better protect your account, make sure that your password is memorable for you but difficult for others to guess. Never use the same password that you have used in the past, and do not share your password with anyone. For security purposes, your new password should be a minimum of six characters long. A good password contains a combination of letters and numbers.
