Live Webcast-Annual General Meeting of Unitholders

The annual general meeting of the unitholders of the Romspen Mortgage Investment Fund will be held on Wednesday, June 1, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. (EST) at the InterContinental Toronto Yorkville Hotel, 220 Bloor Street West, Toronto, Ontario, in the Willard Room (Mezzanine Level).

In an effort to accommodate investors who are unable to attend in person, we are pleased to announce that a live audio webcast of this year’s Annual Meeting will be available on our website. To access the live webcast on Wednesday, June 1, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. (EST), please click on the link below.

A replay of the live webcast will remain available using the same link for one year.
