Investors will benefit from the prudent investment approach employed by Romspen Real Estate Investments to gain access to attractively-priced US real estate. The investment is structured to provide investors with a tax-advantaged 5-year average annual cash-on-cash yield of 7.0% and an overall investment return of 14.0% without the necessity of US tax filings.
