RMIF Announces AGM Results

May 20, 2009

The trustees of the Romspen Mortgage Investment Fund are pleased to announce that the Annual General Meeting held on May 19, 2009 was attended by 151 unitholders. The appointment of trustees, appointment of auditors, and amendments to the declaration of trust were all passed by unitholders. Over 90% of units represented voted in favour of each item on the agenda. We thank all unitholders who attended the meeting or voted by proxy.
