RMIF Announces AGM Results

May 31, 2013

The trustees of the Romspen Mortgage Investment Fund are pleased to announce that the Annual General Meeting was held on May 30, 2013 where 337 unitholders were represented in person or by proxy. The appointment of trustees and auditors were approved by more than 99% of unitholders who voted. We thank all unitholders who attended the meeting or voted by proxy and we look forward to another successful year in 2013.
