RMIF Announces AGM Results

May 28, 2010

The trustees of the Romspen Mortgage Investment Fund are pleased to announce that the Annual General Meeting held on May 27, 2010 was attended by 81 unitholders. The appointment of trustees and the appointment of auditors were passed by unitholders. Over 96% of units represented voted in favour of each item on the agenda. We thank all unitholders who attended the meeting or voted by proxy and we look forward to another successful year.
