Current Investment Opportunity

The Trustees of the Romspen Mortgage Investment Fund (the “Fund”) are pleased to announce the opening of the “Fund” for additional cash subscriptions.

The subscription price remains at $10 per unit. An Offering Memorandum dated Aug 2007 will prevail over this offering.

You will find the Offering Memorandum and a Subscription Agreement below. If you wish to participate in this unit offering, please fill out the Subscription Agreement, (please be sure to complete and sign schedule “A”) and deliver it together with a cheque payable to “Romspen Mortgage Investment Fund” as soon as possible.

Subscriptions will be effective on the last day of the month in which the subscription and cheque are received.

The Fund was started in January 2006 with approximately $174 million in mortgages. For the 6 month period ending June 30, 2008 the average monthly payout has been $0.081 per unit, a 9.76% net return to investors. The fund now has approximately $415M invested.
