Losses
Romspen’s due dilligence process and its hands-on management of every mortgage have resulted in minimal losses from default. As of June 30, 2008 on mortgages totalling $415 million the Fund has unrealized loss reserves of $5.8 million.
We pride ourselves on our market knowledge and our ability to structure safe investments. We seldom advance more than 40-60% of the value of a property. Our first priority will always be the safety and the security of our investors.
