Blair Martin

Senior Vice President, Underwriting

Blair Martin is Senior Vice President, Underwriting and is responsilbe for all mortgage underwriting operations.

Blair has over 30 years experience in the real estate industry as both a municipal city planner and senior real estate executive. As a city planner, he has worked for the City of Vaughan, the City of Toronto and as a consultant.  He has extensive hands-on experience in both residential and commercial real estate development with Smart! Centres; N. Barry Lyon Consultants; Next Property Group; and Park'N Fly.  Blair has had responsibility for several million square feet of commercial, mixed-use and industrial development projects and planning  responsibility for thousands of acres of property.

Blair is a graduate of the Urban and Regional Planning Program at Ryerson University.

He is a Member of the Canadain Institute of Planners and a Registered Professional Planner in the Province of Ontario.
