We are pleased to announce the successful repayment of a $144 million horizontal construction loan originated in February 2022.

The loan, secured by a 600-acre parcel in Rancho Mirage, California, was entitled for residential development and provided funding for the first phase of the project. This milestone reflects both the Sponsor’s execution and the underlying strength of the asset.
