Arthur is a loan originations consultant for Romspen based out of Charlotte, North Carolina. Arthur sources and structures new loan facilities for Romspen throughout the U.S. and focuses on the fostering of new relationships with developers, builders and brokers.

Prior to associating with Romspen, Arthur was a Principal and Chief Investment Officer for over 20 years with the Mountain Real Estate Group, responsible for over $2 billion of equity and debt investments in all property types throughout the U.S. Other prior experience includes being the Chief Operating Officer (U.S) for a French-owned real estate investment and development company based in NYC, being a real estate asset manager and investment banker for Merrill Lynch Hubbard in NYC, and being an audit and tax supervisor for KMG Main Hurdman in New Jersey.

Arthur earned a BS in Accounting from Binghamton University and began as a Certified Public Accountant in NY and NJ
