Arthur Resnick is a founder of Romspen Investment Corporation and a trustee of Romspen Mortgage Investment Fund. He practiced with the law firm of Spencer Romberg specializing in real estate and mortgage law from the time he was admitted to the Ontario bar in 1969.

Arthur has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and an LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School.
