Barry is a consultant for Romspen and is based out of Newport Beach, California. Barry facilitates originating new loans and fostering relationships within the brokerage and lending community.

With over 35 years in the construction and commercial mortgage industry experience, Barry has held various executive positions with companies such as Chase Manhattan Bank, JP Morgan Chase and CIBC World Markets. Brokering loans greater than $100 million, Barry brings his extensive knowledge and expertise to aid Romspen’s efforts.

Barry holds a BA in Economics from Bucknell University and has formal credit training with Columbia University and New York University.
