Blake Cassidy is a Managing Partner of Romspen Investment Corporation and oversees the origination of new loans, structuring financial solutions and fostering relationships within the brokerage and lending community.

Since joining Romspen in 1995 he has originated over 600 customized industrial and commercial mortgages representing over $12 billion in Real Estate financing. Blake is a member of the Ontario Mortgage Brokers Association and holds brokerage licensing certifications from the Sauder School of Business, UBC Real Estate Division. Prior to joining Romspen, Blake gained experience in the real estate industry at New Era Mortgage Corporation and Sandray Property Management.
