Chet is an originator and is based in Denver, Colorado, with a primary focus on the Western U.S. market.

Chet has been a consultant for Romspen since 2016 under the origination team. He facilitates originating new loans, fostering relationships within the brokerage and lending community, and assists in loan analysis, underwriting, market research and administrative tasks. Prior to joining Romspen, Chet worked in data analysis at Wells Fargo.

Chet earned a BA in Economics from the University of Denver.
