Doha Heikal is Vice President of Information Technology at Romspen Investment Corporation, where she leads the firm’s technology strategy and oversees IT governance, cybersecurity, and the core systems that support Romspen’s lending, investment, development, and corporate operations.

Doha brings deep experience across financial services and real estate, having held senior technology leadership roles and led major enterprise implementations as well as large-scale systems and infrastructure initiatives in highly regulated environments.

She holds an MBA from the American University in Dubai and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Ajman University of Science and Technology.
