Elena Nesterova has been with Romspen since 2013. Elena’s role at Romspen is to underwrite new loans, conduct due diligence and oversee construction financing for a variety of commercial and residential projects in Canada and the United States. Prior to Romspen, Ms. Nesterova served as a Vice President at iQ Venture Partners, a boutique investment bank in New York.

Elena holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the State Finance Academy in Moscow.
