Fraser joined Romspen in May 2023 to lead the Human Resources department. He and his team work with the Partners to create an environment which fosters positive employee engagement and allows for the continual development of our people to enhance our firm’s culture and align with Romspen’s Principles.
Fraser has over 17 years of progressive experience in HR and Talent Management from numerous industries. His previous roles include Vice President, People and Culture at a private equity firm with a focus on real estate and healthcare, Vice President, Talent with an integrated healthcare and wellness company, Director of HR with a global insurance and employee benefits brokerage firm. He also managed the HR department of a financial institution a retail business. He brings extensive experience in transforming Human Resources to a value-add, business partner model to meet the organization growth plans.
Fraser holds a Bachelor of Administrative and Commercial Studies from Western University, a Certificate of Human Resources Management from Seneca College, a Certificate of Project Management from Humber College, and holds a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) Designation from the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA).
