Jaclyn Shaw serves as a Senior Relationship Manager in Institutional Sales, where she is responsible for engaging with investors and cultivating strong relationships with family offices, investment advisors, consultants, and institutional clients. Jaclyn is recognized for her strategic approach to relationship management and consistent, results-driven performance. Jaclyn has made significant contributions to Romspen since joining as an associate in 2015.

Throughout her tenure, Jaclyn has played a pivotal role in driving department growth, optimizing team structure, and spearheading the adoption of new technologies to improve operational efficiency. With 15 years of experience in the financial industry, her career includes roles at Sionna Investment Managers and Manulife Financial, where she was promoted at each organization.

Jaclyn holds a Bachelor of Arts, in Communication and Media Studies with a minor in Film from Wilfrid Laurier University. She has completed her Canadian Securities Course and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA as part of the Class of 2025 at Ivey Business School, University of Western Ontario.
