Jeff is a consultant for Romspen and helps with business development, including originating new loans and fostering relationships within the brokerage and lending community. He is based in New York City with a primary focus on the Eastern U.S. markets.

Jeff has held various executive positions with companies, including Annaly Commercial Real Estate Group, Prudential Real Estate Investors, and TIAA-CREF. He has over 30 years of commercial real estate investment experience across all major asset classes, in various economic cycles and across the risk-return spectrum. Jeff has originated over $5B of commercial real estate debt, equity and real estate private equity investments throughout his career.

Jeff holds a BS in Accounting from Rider University and a Diploma in Real Estate from New York University.
