Joel is Corporate Counsel to Romspen and overseas all legal matters. He has been an in-house counsel at several private investment firms specializing in the syndication of alternative investment products for sophisticated investors. Joel is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, with an LLB from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law (Dean’s List) and a BA (Faculty Scholar) from the University of Toronto.
