Lauren Cooper is an accomplished marketing and communications professional with a strong track record in the financial services industry. Lauren joined Romspen in June 2024 as the Director of Marketing & Communications, bringing extensive experience in strategic communication, investor relations, and stakeholder engagement.

Before Romspen, Lauren played a pivotal role at a prominent accounting firm, helping to build the firm’s Investor Relations and Stakeholder Communications practice. She also held key positions at asset management firms in New York and Toronto, contributing to investor relations, business development, and marketing strategies that drove firm growth.

In addition to her corporate experience, Lauren has been an active contributor to the financial community, serving as Co-Chair of the CAASA Young Professionals Committee, being an active member of the Programming & Events Committee for AIMA and participating in 100 Women in Finance.

Lauren holds a Master of Science in Public Relations and Corporate Communications from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Media, Information, and Technoculture from the University of Western Ontario.
