Pierre is a consultant for Romspen and helps with business development, including originating new loans and fostering relationships within the brokerage and lending community.

He has held various positions with some of Canada’s leading financial institutions such as CIBC, Royal Trust and Manulife Financial. Pierre has over 28 years of experience in real estate lending and has structured a wide range of commercial and multi residential loans totaling over $2 billion. He brings extensive knowledge of capital markets including conventional and interim construction and bridge and term mortgage financing.

Pierre holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University and a Certificate in Applied Real Estate from McGill University.
