Scott has been a consultant for Romspen since 2014, assisting in the origination, analysis, underwriting and closing of loans based in Denver, Colorado with a primary focus on the Western U.S. market.

His experience includes working as a trader for a proprietary, statistical arbitrage trading shop in Chicago. At the same time, he bought real-estate-owned properties in need of rehab, which were then rented or sold.

Scott earned a BA in Economics and a BS in Biology from Loyola University Chicago.
