Tatiana Naidenova CPA, CGA serves as Senior Controller, Finance, and is responsible for overseeing the functions of the mortgage accounting department.

Tatiana joined Romspen in 2014, continuing a career in the investment industry that began in 2004. Prior to joining Romspen, Tatiana was Assistant Controller at Cameron Stephens Mortgage Capital where she was responsible for monthly and annual reporting for the mortgage portfolio to various stakeholders.

Tatiana holds an Honours Master of Finance degree from South Ural State University in Russia and has her CPA and CGA designations.
