Vanessa Ho is Senior Vice President of Finance and manages the financial operations and reporting responsibilities of the funds. Since joining Romspen in 2015 as the financial controller, she has taken on progressively senior roles within the organization and was heavily involved in the formation of the US and Cayman fund. Prior to that, Vanessa held several senior financial positions in Wittington and Venterra Realty bringing over 10 years of real estate and US tax experience.

Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto and is a Certified Management Accountant.
