Vincent is legal counsel to Romspen, involved in all aspects of its lending operations.  Vince also provides advice to Romspen Real Estate Investments on deal structures, acquisitions and financings. Vince began his legal career with Lang Michener and has held executive roles with GMAC Commercial Mortgage and One REIT.

Vince holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) from St. Francis Xavier University and an LLB (Cum Laude) from the University of Ottawa.
