  • Loan Amount Requested
  • Sources and Uses of Funds (including the Capital Stack)
  • Requested Term (to match stabilization or construction/development timeline)
  • Amortization (if any)
  • Property Description
    • If Land – existing use, zoning, entitlements
    • If Construction – approvals, budgets, pro forma
    • If Bridge/Acquisition/Refinance – purchase agreement, deposits/earnest money, cash equity
  • Borrower/Guarantor (sponsor experience and bios)
  • Exit Strategy
