  • Leverage (LTV/LTC): • Typically up-to 65% LTV for land loans
    • 65% LTV/75% LTC for construction loans
    • Up to 75% LTV on income-producing
    properties
  • Appraisals: Required
  • Recourse/Guarantees: Requirements vary, on case-by-case basis
  • Turnaround Time: If required information has been provided, Letter of Intent can be issued within a few days, and funding can occur within 30 days
